Blessings to YOU!  My name is Angela and I have held a lifelong fascination with people and spirituality.  For over twenty years, I have studied various spiritual and healing modalities.  As with many people, I experienced grief and trauma in my formative years.  These experiences helped generate compassion within me toward others.  It is my goal to help others navigate through their own despair, grief, shame, sadness and loneliness, and to build skills to develop a more integrated and content life experience.  Let's see where the journey unfolds!
